Swap Meet 

Swap area will be used for sale of used parts and Vintage treasures. We only ask that you keep the type of things sold fitting to the theme of our event. Vintage style or car related items are a great example of what people are looking for.

Swap Spaces cost $50.00 for each space and are 15x25. The first registered gets the best spots and so on. Each spot gets 1 wristband and 1 parking pass. Camping in Swap Meet is ok, but you are required to buy two spots of $100.00 worth. There is no power in this area.This will get you 2 weekend wristbands and a vehicle parking pass. All tow vehicles must be within your boundary lines at all time. If you do not have room, you must park in the spectator parking lot. We will not tolerate vehicles in the traffic lanes or fire lanes.

Please be mindful of your neighbors and the space they have paid for. You are all there to make money so don't block them from doing so.

Set up for swap meet vendors starts at 8am on Wednesday October 16th. We encourage you to set up that day as each day goes on it will get busier. Vendors and swap meet may get in at 8 am on Friday and Saturday.

Please Use Gate 3 sign in at the swap meet registration tent. Keep in mind we have the right to Change or move your spot at anytime for any reason.

Car Corral

The cost for Car Corral is $50.00 per car per day. You get one wristband and a window sticker. Please leave that in the right front window or dash. There is a designated area for these cars and trucks. If you need to leave it on the trailer and unhitch let us know so we can accommodate you. We will direct you to the car corral section. Cars must be parked in a normal manner, no side shots on the end caps please.

Please take advantage of all the trash receptacles for boxes or any unwanted parts when you leave. Please leave the grounds like you found them. Please place cardboard under anything that is leaking fluids or clean up your mess when you leave.

TThere are kids around so please, nothing vulgar or lewd at your spot or we will make you put it away, whatever it might be. Swap meet is pretty much done at dark so secure your belongings. We are not responsible for any theft. There will be Sheriffs patrolling the grounds 24/7.

If you camp, quiet time is 12am and quiet generators under 60 decibels are allowed.
